NW3, London is cleaning up to welcome its new neighbour: Cameron Diaz.
This week she bought a new house in Belsize Park, and has spent the week settling into her new neighbourhood in North London. No doubt she’ll have had her marigolds on, giving her place the Diaz charm and getting to know her new home with a duster and cleaning products in hands, so she, too, can welcome her NW3 neighbours too.
Just down the road is old-flame Jude Law, and around the corner is her best friend Gwyneth Paltrow. And let’s not forget home-grown Kate Moss and Gail Porter are also ready to go out and play. The Sun reported earlier this week that she’s been in Starbucks a lot, filling up on coffee, which suggests that she hasn’t pulled her coffee maker out from packing boxes yet. Near to Camden, the name Belsize Park comes from the French bel assis meaning 'well situated'. Which it still is, really, right on the Northern Line with easy access to the majority of London? Unless she’s up for more treadmill races with Prince Harry, she might consider a little jog up to England’s Lane near Primrose Hill Park to get some of the best views of Central London. Word on the street says that she is super down-to-earth, so everyone is expecting to see more of her out and about. The only problem could be, of course, is that the street cleaners in Belsize Park are going to have to clean up after all those drooling blokes.
